As of September 1, 1994, all judgments require that you provide a copy of all the judgment papers, with a Pennsylvania 236 form on top of the copies and a stamped, addressed envelope to each debtor. Include one copy and a self-addressed, stamped envelope for your return.
Order to satisfy a judgment is $7.50, if filed in 1992 or before. There will not be a fee for satisfactions of judgments filed in 1993, 1994 or later. All orders to vacate or withdraw a judgment are $7.50.

File a Praecipe for judgment, using our form, a dated copy of the 10 day notice, and a Pennsylvania 236 form. If the debtor is an individual, you must file an affidavit of non-military service, notarized. File an original and a copy for each debtor, with a Pennsylvania 236 forms on top. District justice:
File a certified copy of the judgment from the district justice for each debtor and a Pennsylvania 236 form. File the original and a copy with a Pennsylvania 236 form on top for each debtor. Include an addressed, stamped envelope for each debtor. The fee is $31.25.
Complaint and confession:
File the complaint in compliance with rule 2952, verification, the confession of judgment., a copy of the judgment document showing the debtor=s signature, [for example : lease, or judgment note] and a Pennsylvania 236 form. The fee is $41.50. File an original and a copy with a Pennsylvania 236 form on top for each debtor. Include an addressed, stamped envelope for each debtor. To file for money and possession, file the complaint and two confessions. There is a fee of $41.50 for each. Must be approved by solicitor before numbering and time stamping. To file a complaint to conform the complaint and confession of judgment is $219.50.
Foreign / out of state:
File certified copies of the docket entry stating who the judgment is in favor of and who against, with the money amount certified, certificate of addresses, Pennsylvania 236 form, affidavit of validity, notarized. The fee is $31.50. File the original; include a complete copy of the judgment, with a Pennsylvania 236 form on top for each debtor. Include an addressed, stamped envelope for each debtor.
Promissory note:
File the original note signed by the debtor, 2951 affidavit, certificate of residence, and the Pennsylvania 236 form. The fee is $31.50. File the original and a copy with a Pennsylvania 236 form on top for each debtor. Include an addressed stamped envelope for each debtor.
Arbitration award:
File a Praecipe for judgment on the arbitration award, thirty days after the award. Use current Prothonotary form. The fee is $13.50. Arrearage in support:
File the Praecipe for judgment, an affidavit of arrearage from domestic relations office. Certification of addresses, and a Pennsylvania 236 form. The fee is $31.50.
